Admission 2024-25

Instructions for New Admission (Jr. K.G.): Year 2024-25

1) Admission form will be available in the Holy Cross English School Office between 8.00 to 11.00
a.m. from 1st and 2nd December 2023.
2) Duly filled up form to be submitted from 4th to 5th December 2023 between 8.00 to 11.00 a.m.
3) Submitting the Admission form does not mean that you are eligible for admission.
4) Your child should complete 3 years as on 31st December 2023 or else He/She will not be
eligible for Admission.
5) Interaction with parents along with the child will be held on 9 th December 2023.
Form No. 1 to 60 – between 8.00 to 9.30 a.m.
Form No. 61 to 130 – between 9.30 to 11.00 a.m.
6) It is compulsory for parents to be present for the interaction on the given date and time.
(Grandparents and Guardians are not allowed).
7) List of Selected students will be displayed on 16th December 2023 at 8.00 am.
8) As soon as the list of selected candidates is displayed the admission should be taken within the
given dates or else waiting list will be given preference.
Dates for Admission Timings: 22 nd and 23 rd Dec 2023 – 8.00-10.00 a.m.
9) You are suppose to pay Rs.7,000/- by cheque (for Admission Fee) at the time of admission.
Cheque should be drawn in favour of Holy Cross Kindergarten, Nirmal. Also Attached Xerox
copy of Pan Card.
10) While submitting the admission form, kindly submit Photocopy of Birth Certificate and Baptism Certificate (for Catholic only), Photocopy of Ration Card/Electricity bill, Photocopy of Aadhar Card.
11) In case of cancellation of admission, no amount (Fees) will be refunded
